Butzurada és el nom sota el que s'amaga Arnau Obiols en la seva faceta més experimental. Ultra-Local Records i Finis Africae hem decidit materialitzar en k7 , aquestes gravacions que només es trobaven en digital. Un viatge fascinant amb l'eco del Pirineu flotant en les 8 peces que conté.

Unes paraules de l'autor sobre el projecte. "Vol.I" és un àlbum d'improvisacions enregistrat amb uns micròfons de construcció artesanal i una gravadora de mà amb la idea de captar el so com en una gravació de camp. Les pedres, fustes, ferros i vidres que sonen formen part d'una instal·lació sonora creada amb peces de l'era/taller de l'escultor català Ernest Altés.

Enregistrat per Arnau Obiols durant la tarda del 29 de juliol de 2019 a Sant Domènec, la Seu d'Urgell. Butzurada (pseud. Arnau Obiols): percussió, cant, flabiol i xiulets. Jan Valls: masterització La coberta és un gravat d'Arnau Obiols.

[ENG] "Vol.I" is an album recorded with handcrafted microphones and a hand-held recorder with the idea of capturing sound as in a field recording. All the pieces are improvisations. The stones, wood, iron and glass that sound are part of a sound installation created with pieces from the atelier of the Catalan sculptor Ernest Altés.
